Catch up for a coffee?
16 November 2021
Taking the time to reconnect is more important than ever.
The world has been turned upside down since the pandemic was declared in March 2020, so it’s comforting to know that we can return to some sense of normalcy – and enjoy a caffeine hit at the same time.

Lasting relationships are everything in the world of real estate, so taking the time to meet, listen, and reassure clients about any concerns they may have is all part of the service that any professional should provide.

Catching up for a coffee is a simple act that removes many of the formalities of the business. It also gives us time in our busy lives to reflect, and can help alleviate the stresses of what for many is a life-changing experience when buying, selling or leasing.

We’ve all been through a lot during COVID lockdowns, so being able to lighten the load by catching up for a quick chat should never be too much to ask.

Being on the city’s edge, we’re spoiled for choice as Kensington, Flemington and North Melbourne each has a distinctly unique cafe and dining culture.

Perhaps most importantly, we should remember that hospitality businesses have suffered more than most, so supporting your local cafes and eateries – wherever you live and work – is just the first step in rebuilding a stronger, more resilient community in which everyone can continue to flourish.

And by enjoying their delicious offerings, and showing our appreciation for their efforts, it’s possible we may just love where we live just that little bit more.
