I am the owner of an apartment in Speakmen St that is currently managed by Chelsea. I just wanted to write you a quick email to express my appreciation for Chelsea as my property manager. Day to day I have found Chelsea to be extremely organised, professional and a pleasure to deal with. That alone makes me a satisfied customer! However, just today, Chelsea went far beyond all expectations in dealing with my exiting tenant. He was meant to have moved out yesterday, and when we found he had not, Chelsea took control of the situation. What amazed me is that she not only got the tenant to move the majority of his items out by 2pm, but she also spent her Sunday cleaning the whole apartment from the sorry state it was in before! I have never heard of a property manager doing such a thing but she did such a great job and she did it with a smile. I'm very grateful for the extra care and service Chelsea puts in for my property, and she is definitely an example to many.Absolutely amazing! The team at Rendina, were more than accommodating especially Luana and Cassandra who managed the property in Kensington I was renting. It was a great experience. I was welcomed to the home with a gift hamper filled with household goods. They were extremely thoughtful, and I found them to be extremely attentive to any maintenance issues. I unfortunately had to break my lease due to moving, cassandra made it extremely easy for me to do so, without any hassles.
