A brief description about your background and why you started your business:

At just 18 years old I had a firm idea of who I wanted to be. I’d started my career in real estate and, even at that age, I knew I wanted to change the face of Victorian real estate. My mission was to lift the industry standards and unwaveringly ensure my clients of nothing but the best…I call it my six star service! By the age of 23, I had completed my full Estate Agents License and by 25 all my hard work had culminated with the initiation of my own business, Rendina Real Estate. From the moment the doors opened at our Kensington office, until now, I have had the opportunity to realise my dreams and have most definitely relished in the journey.

Rendina Real Estate recently celebrated our 12^th year of operation. Coinciding with that milestone is the fact that we are the longest established real estate agency in Kensington, and that is something that brings me enduring pride. You see, I think that the established relationship that Rendina Real Estate has with this vibrant locale is one that typifies our business entirely. Much like our link to Kensington, the business of Rendina Real Estate represents loyalty, passion and dedication. Our expert team value these traits as they industriously devote themselves to the areas of property sales, project marketing, property management, commercial, mortgage services and home presentation and maintenance. We are constantly adapting to the most up-to-the-minute technology and coupled with our superb marketing skills and unrelenting work ethic has expanded a once humble agency into a market leading inner-city firm.

What can I say? What’s not to love about the city…the excitement, diversity, its sheer exuberance! I simply can’t imagine being located any where else! Operating from Kensington, on the city fringe, is like being at the very gateway to all the action! We are enthused by our faithful clientele and inspired by the activity in our community. The sense of growth, development and general evolution of the city envelopes our office and we’re just thrilled to be along for the ride.
