Hi Lou, I would just like to pay you a personal compliment via your staff email
because I think it is absolutely correct and I would like to recognise it and for it to be recognised.
To be short and sweet as I don't write too many such compliments, but I find your personal persona professionally different to most others (particularly real estate agents) said in the nicest voice as I was one once.
I don't know you really in anything other than being an agent, however since my first phone call to you about 79 McCracken Street you treated my phone call as
if it is the only one you had for the day and nothing else was more important.
Meeting you in person it was no different. I know by then that there was a house sale hanging in the balance but I still felt I was your priority. You have a communication style that emanates that you are listening and that the person talking to you is front and centre. And while it has been many years since we have met in person or even spoken, your persona (for want of a better word) allowed for communication to happen as if we had spoken every day for years.
To me it is a very rare quality or skill that has become a quality, secured my sale and it was a pleasure to transact the sale through you.
